Hapa Baby wanted to enjoy the last days of summer. In the Northwest, it can get pretty muggy so I have been taking her to explore as many parks as possible. Hapa Baby absolutely loves it. She just wants to run! NOTE: If you want your child to sleep well at night, take them out to a park and let them run for hours. Hapa Baby couldn’t keep her little eyes open!
Our very dear friends were married today. It was very fun and laid back — very much like the couple themselves. I was so happy to be apart of this wedding, not only because a year ago this wasn’t possible, but because I am completely in love with this couple — they are two of the best guys I know, and together they are absolutely perfect!
Congratulations to the happy couple — I wish you a life filled with love and laughter.
In Hawaii, grooms wear maile leis on their wedding day. Because we didn’t know where to find a maile lei in Seattle, my mom ordered their leis from our florist in Hawaii and had it shipped overnight for the special occasion!
Today, HB and I went out to the park. It was a beautiful day. Not too hot, not too cold. Perfect. Plus, HB needed to run off some energy! I dressed her up in brightly colored clothing (to match the day, of course!) and off we went. Here is her day in pictures:
